DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Products are usually shipped within 48 hours of ordering.
Orders are usually shipped within 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
You can track your order by clicking on the "View my order" link. You will find this link in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.
Please note: The tracking number will appear approximately 4 days after shipping.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an initial confirmation email, followed by a second email stating that your order has been shipped.
Please keep an eye on the tracking of your order as it may be waiting at the post office, even if you have not received a shipping notification in your mailbox.
Good to know: The post office will hold your package for 15 days, after which it will be returned to the sender and you will be asked for compensation so that your order can be reshipped.
When you place your order, you have two hours to cancel it via our contact form in the section. Once this period has expired, a refund can only be made once we have received your entire order.
This website cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
